So when is something bad for your mental health vs “something I don’t like”?

I’m all for mental health, therapy, etc, but I associate being irritated with ads just being normal. Use it as a break to rest your eyes with the 20 20 20 rule. Get some water, use the restroom. Guess what, those things are typically good for your mental health.

If we recklessly associate being impatient with mental health, you’re diluting the latter and doing nobody a favor.
