68 people understood and upvoted it as of the time of my comment. We got more programmers and general computer nerds here than most social media sites.

As for the meme, way back when in the early 2000s, I legitimately was using Windows Notepad to develop a hobby PHP site when I was trying to learn more advanced programming than just QBasic. Not sure how dirty that is compared to this, but it's up there. I didn't even know IDEs existed and thought everybody was using some form of basic text editor.
