Why on earth would taking wealth from everyone (and it turns into everyone – There are non-executive wage earners working mundane jobs who pay 50% taxes on their last bit of income and basically pay that on any overtime they work) and concentrating it in the hands of a few insanely powerful government workers ever result in...

If there was a city called January, and it hosted an international event (such as the Olympics or the Eurovision Song Contest), people would think it took place in the month of January.

If this was a real city, it would be the largest city of Dooland (not the capital, the capital would be Almara) if that were a real country. Context: the Summer Olympics take place in July/August, the Winter Olympics in February, and Eurovision in May.
