I didn’t see them actually say what was mixed with bleach, but can assure it’s ammonia. Although if that is the case, the chlorine gas that is (somewhat) generated reacts with various amines present to create chloramine gas.
Chloramine gas is what people die from when mixing bleach and ammonia. Chlorine gas will also kill you, but in these cases it’s chloramine gas.

The place I work at does something like this, and there was actually quite a bit of trouble when a second person with the same abbreviation joined. The responsible guy seriously suggested fireing the new guy because the policies didn’t account for duplications.

It's a pretty good analogy for other reasons too. You may be able to make some tasty stuff in a microwave and it's brilliant for a bunch of uses... but you wouldn't call yourself a chef, or serve it to anyone who expected "gourmet shit".
