The tree is a aproximately 200 year old pin oak. It’s amazing and provides amazkng shade for our home.
I took this photo in March of 2022. I have a taller crop and color version if anyone wants it.
Went back up in the summer, could make it all the way to the base of the old mine trails in this weather.

This was back in 2016, a really epic northern lights. It always looks a bit brighter in pictures but this one was very bright IRL as well, and even had some purple....
