So… some advice… if you’re working and have to call the cops on a patron, client or whatever else… always, always- always have charges pressed.
If for no other reason than because you absolutely want a record of that interaction. If it’s actionable and there’s charges there, get a copy of the police report so that if the subject comes back, you can show the cops exactly why they’re being trespassed again.
