Op, I have been suffering from sleep issues for years, what I found it works:

  1. Sleep/Awake (roughtly) at the same time every day
  2. No alcohol
  3. No Caffeine after 15:00
  4. Weed (if you don’t want/can getting high, CBD is legal almost everywhere, but tbh CBD does nothing for me
  5. Melotonin (otc, helps sleep, not adictive)
  6. Sports
