Obviously searching “trees” just points me to cannabis communities. Is there a community for actual trees and tree health?

I have a bunch of a polyethylene net interwoven with a hay, which would be impossible to separate. What is the best way to ecologically dispose of it? Should I give it to separated plastic (so it would be burned in an incineration plant), or put it to the communal waste?

The last humans to step foot on the moon, the crew of Apollo 17, did so in 1972. So far, no one has gone back…...

I think axiom should fit, but according to its official definition, an axiom is a statement that is taken to be true, and as far as I know, a word can’t make an statement by its own.

I would assume people would capitalize their titles in posts since that’s the standard pretty much anywhere else like on YouTube or news sites, and that’s what you learn to do in school. Why is it only different on forum platforms like Lemmy or Reddit?

A friend of mine thinks the spine should either be very slightly curved or not curved at all with a good posture. He showed me military posture which seems to show that’s the case, however all the “normal” posture things I’ve seen show the spine is more naturally curved....

However, no one who said that actually used their devices, or used them but not recently (some had like iPhone 4s in the past). I mean, it’s usually used to undermine a cause by killing their leaders, but their death can also cause them to become a martyr and get even more support. Which is generally true for the majority of assassinations?...

As a point of comparison, Microsoft ships its OS across a variety of manufacturers and largely keeps it maintained across them (give or take some exceptions like enterprise environments & the like)....
