Rapidcreek OP , 8 months ago (edited 8 months ago) I was reading that China’s economy has fallen to 65% of the US. What they really need is foreign capital to recharge their economy. But, their rules on that capital are fairly onerous. Pandas have always been the goto to grease the skids.
