I had to do a bit of research but it seems that while there were rail lines linking the various counties of the Levant prior to WW2, those rail links no longer exist. it looks like freight cars are out - sorry @bradorsomething, it’s a no go.
being right there on the water I really think the barge would be the way to go - they can hold hundreds of TEU’s at a time & just a little modification with a plasma torch will open up some windows in the containers.
