As a Muslim I'm gonna mention that either Hamas's charter or the translation doesn't get the meaning across. This is a sign of the day of judgement, not a condition we have to fulfill. Nobody's going around saying "we have to kill Jews so the day of judgement comes", because reading the charter it might come across that way.
