I don’t think we are in disagreement. Our definitions of “conservatives” may be slightly different. Conservatives include neo-liberals. Neo-liberals and everyone to the right of them have been aggressively protecting their corporate benefactors for generations. It’s possible to have an egalitarian culture with some regulated, properly checked capitalism. It is not possible to have an egalitarian culture with conservatives protecting capitalists and preventing regulation of that capitalism.
I also agree that there does not appear to be a peaceful solution. The cure for this disease is removal of conservatives (including neo-liberals and all others who would protect capitalist oppressors) from our population.
