For anyone who needs it and is wondering, this program was started to help get access to the uninsured.

It’ll take you to vaccines.gov and then you should search your area. Look for sites that are labeled bridge access program participants (seems all CVS and Walgreens are), and you should be able to get no cost vaccines there if you’re uninsured.
