If she knows where all the money is why tf are we letting her walk?

Specifically Section 5 entitled “Criminal Forfeiture”. It doesn’t state it directly but it’s clear she was required to cough up the location of El Chapo’s missing billions and if she didn’t then the Plea Deal could be revoked.
