ArgentRaven , 11 months ago I think the local DNC would have to “allow” it. Otherwise you’d run as something-other-than-Democratic. But all it would cost you is time, and maybe a small filling fee to find out. I say, go for it! It would at least shake up the geriatric incumbents a bit.
