Accounts which solely post advertisements, or persistently post them may be terminated.
OkToBeTakei , 10 months ago (edited 10 months ago) only admins can block an entire instance. there’s one or two mobile apps that do it, but, currently, most people use the web interface. edit: kbin users have other options, apparently (see below)
