Unfortunately those with the power to replace him, like the Tesla Board of Directors, are all Musk sycophants. About the only way he would be replaced is if:
He sold enough shares in Tesla to cover his bills with X/itter that he no longer held 50+% of them, and
The majority of other Tesla shareholders vote to replace those sycophants on the BoD with more level headed people.
