There have been multiple accounts created with the sole purpose of posting advertisement posts or replies containing unsolicited advertising.

Accounts which solely post advertisements, or persistently post them may be terminated.

I doubt they’re even people, if it’s on M***'s bot-infested, rotting corpse of a website. Just part of the reason “drama” in that cesspool should never be elevated or cared about more than any other tabloid clickbait. And any actual humans remaining are inevitably the most miserable, gullible, brain-damaged fools (or looking to swindle them).
