dmtalon , 19 days ago There’s a “spinning” draw bridge that goes onto Gwynn’s Island in Virginia that they have to do this to. Not sure how new of a phenomenon that is but it’s been at least a few years now. Not the same traffic backup as NYC, but crazy still.
