The governor later said at a news conference on Thursday that any such mask ban would apply specifically to the subway and reiterated that there may be health exemptions.

Oh, so this health hazard will only apply to the most crowded, dirtiest of places in the city. No problem, then.

Seriously, what idiot bans masks after the last few years we all went through? I don't wear masks everywhere I go now, but I sure wear them every time I'm on public transit.
