I mean, okay, say that’s true. You guys had to grant https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Certiorari to be hearing the case in the first place, though. Should any disagreement on that grant be dragged into the court case itself?
Like, that’s got nothing with the housing issue, but seems like a procedural issue that SCOTUS should clean up. The court shouldn’t be the place to debate that.
