disguy_ovahea , 4 months ago (edited 4 months ago) I just had this argument with a friend of mine. It’s even legal to pay someone to sign an NDA. The charges are “Falsifying business records in the first degree.” It’s not a “hush-money trial” it’s “criminal business fraud.”
