Well every 8 years or so, someone comes in and rolls back all the regulations. And even when they are in place, the infrastructure isn’t there to enforce it.

Don’t get your hopes up. They’re just looking into it. They’ll have to put together a committee, and then a subcommittee to plan out a time to decide on a place to have a meeting before even talking about dates.
