PanArab , 2 months ago (edited 2 months ago) Nowhere as much as Qatar or Saudi Arabia, yet they aren’t on the list. UAE should be higher up than Oman too but it isn’t. Perhaps what helps Oman are other things besides oil and gas revenues. Perhaps their lush greenery and ancient frankincense trees.
