Buttigieg was always an ineffective leader. When he was mayor of South Bend I regularly heard people complaining about how public services took a dive when he went into office. Things were more expensive, ran slower, these fancy new trash trucks were rolled out that couldn’t even fit down our alleys… Embarrassing.
