Perpetrated by whom? Seems unlikely that the US or UK would leak Ukrainian plans, so this is either anti-war Russians, or the Kremlin is starting to plan operations against it’s own citizens.

It’s not totally clear, but it sounds like this is likely related to Islamic extremism.

On the other hand, Russia’s Federal Security Service (FSB) revealed on March 7th that it had thwarted an attack, allegedly planned by the Islamic State, on a synagogue in Moscow. The suspects were neutralized during the operation. It remains unclear whether this incident is directly related to the warnings issued by the U.S. and British embassies.

Yeah, but that’s coming from the FSB, and they’d tell you the sky was green if you asked. Hard to trust what comes out of them.

Fair enough, but I don’t see a situation where any Five Eyes nation warns the Kremlin about anti war partisans or Ukrainian operatives.

They’ve always been opposed as Russia supports their enemy Assad and likely because of Chechnya too.
