Accounts which solely post advertisements, or persistently post them may be terminated.

That last one was kept on. One note on Yelp that I did find ironic:

Your trust is our top concern, so businesses can’t pay to alter or remove their reviews. Learn more about reviews.

Yelp apparently does not trust consumers to let them know of owners supporting inhumane working conditions.
