It’s definitely not enough, and too late. It would be better to not over-produce food in the first place. (Although I’d guess the amount produced doesn’t exceed the amount consumed by that much. And either way, are they not capturing the methane from the landfill?)
Regardless, this is just feel-good stuff, it isn’t going to fix climate change.
