Are these attacks enough to disrupt production for more than a few hours?
Depends on what they hit. From what I've gathered, if they damaged the distillation tower that likely is more of an issue. Potentially months. Storage tanks? Not such a big deal. Days or even hours.
Don't forget that Russia is under sanctions, so can't import some parts as easily.
