I knew three people who were both incredibly blasé about STDs. No condoms, just fun fun fun! Two were on prep, the other was not. One of them I’m told would routinely get STDs and need to get treated. When I was like “That’s insane. You’re going to get something that’s resistant. Why don’t you just use a condom?” I was told I was worrying too much.

Some people are really fucking stupid. No pun intended. The feedback loop of consequences is too slow for their smooth brains, I guess.
