Boeing's Starliner has been a complete failure and last I heard Boeing was trying to figure out some way to drop out of the program without being seen to be dropping out because at this point it was costing them far more than they could ever recoup from it. Some of the test pilots who'd been assigned to future Starliner test launches have retired already.
