Accounts which solely post advertisements, or persistently post them may be terminated.

Getting straight A's in school doesn't preclude someone from having a mental health crisis, financial disaster, etc... If one must have a spotless record to be eligible for help, it might defeat the purpose. How lofty a view must you have of yourself that you should determine who is deserving of help surviving?
