Accounts which solely post advertisements, or persistently post them may be terminated.

Lending money outside of banks means it has different rules and no oversight against corruption or predatory practices. It also means that a bunch of businesses are linked together and the failure of one may inadvertently take down a huge chunk of the economy because of shady, backroom deals like these.
