Wonder if they actually wrote “woke” in an amendment to the bill as they have not been able to define it.

Not only does the NDAA contain COLAs for Military pay, it also contains the COLA for every civil servant on the GS Pay System, an additional 1.9m-2m people on top of the ~1.1m active duty servicemembers. So Republicans are screwing with nearly 3 million peoples pay (directly) because they throw hissy fits whenever they don’t get their way.
