He’d have to have committed the murder “in whole or in part for a political, religious or ideological purpose, objective or cause”. Genuinely hating women and lashing out accordingly is the polar opposite of doing it for a cause. The prosecution is essebtially alleging that the defendant did this for personal reasons.
