Yes and no. Before Howard Dean, people thought their $25 was important for them but otherwise didn’t do much. He showed that enough $25 is the same as huge donations. We really hadn’t seen crowdfunding in politics before that.

He’ll take RFKs donations and support and then toss him aside without a second thought. If RFK does get a small role, as soon as he’s no longer useful he’ll be the fall guy who ‘hired bad people’ that Trump has to fire to ‘be a good businessman and be tough’.

RFK is now no longer welcome with any of the Dems and only a matter of time until the Repubs hate him too.
