ProtonUp-Qt...won't offer Wine-GE updates...only on Lutris??

So…I’m trying to get Proton 9.13, as I’ve just read it might be able to run The Casting of Frank Stone without crashes. And…I CAN SEE IT. When I choose Steam on ProtonUp-QT. Or when I choose Bottles. But when I choose Lutris, then add version…the latest GE-Proton it shows me is 8-26. Nothing newer than that. What...
