It’s mostly libinput. Why the hell can’t I easily change scroll speed on Gnome and not on KDE? Why does gnome have a simple tool (gnome tweaks) to change the trackpad cooldown to change the time trackpad doesn’t work as a substitute for good palm rejection and KDE doesn’t? My system keeps booting into the live image of Pop!_OS 22.04 rather than my encrypted partition. I ran boot-repair-disk but the system keeps going to the install image. I verified that the bios is pointing to the correct disk at boot and I verified that my data is still in the encrypted partition....

A moment ago I unmounted my 1TB HDD with 400GB of content and I partition it into two different partitions, obviously keeping the space that was already occupied. I did because I don’t care if the content get corrupted, but after I did it everything is still working perfectly, when I thought everything would be corrupted....
