In the Oneshot she wouldn’t often just sit quietly while panicking and glaring but would say weird or odd things trying to get a point across or ramble for the entire page.
IIRC she still stood still internally while internally freaking out when speaking. But it was more like she had two modes, rambling and oversharing random stuff or barely saying a word and being kind of dumb.
I live in Asia, and normally, “salted cheese” is a bad translation for lightly salted cream. Also, (in Vietnamese anyway) water is assigned to any liquid. I’m assuming this is a lightly salted cream soda

The only thing that makes this obviously fake is that it claims she downloaded them from people's phones, rather than from some centralized NSA data store... And the idea an NSA employee would be held accountable publicly and cause bad PR.
Government databases getting misused for personal motives is actually pretty common.
AP did a report on this back in 2016 and while public records on this are fairly limited, they still found about 300 cases of database abuse from 2013 through 2015.
