Tell this to people living up north: Was in GB once for work. There I destroyed my winter jacket. Shopping around for a new jacket I met several guys wearing shorts an t shirts. I was freezing and they walk around casually like it was summer!

Is there actually any evidence that shows this sort of thing is valuable to make kids do in the middle of a school day? PE always just seemed degrading to me, and I’m not even that out of shape.
