That’s Mira the Archaeologist from TaleSpin. I agree she looks a bit like a bear, but I think she’s supposed to be a fox in the show.

On one hand, I tend to agree: at the beginning of the movie I would’ve put him at true neutral.

On the other hand, the position fits because ACAB (regardless of him being depicted as a good guy in fiction).

Nick was running a small scale scam (getting elephant ice cream on the cheap, turning it into popsicles, selling the used popsicle sticks as redwood for construction) and loving it, no way that’d fit as true neutral.
