We were gifted a bunch of tomatoes so I made this tomato loaf. I used this recipe, www.youtube.com/watch?v=KjEwRcTwU-g&t=1I couldn’t find sun dried tomatoes not in oil so I didn’t use them, and pinenuts were crazy expensive so didn’t use those either. I did add a whole clove of garlic and some Italian seasoning. Loved...
Potato, onion and zucchini latkes topped with sour cream/feta sauce and scallions.
Cooked the chicken in the air fryer, veggies in a pan. Oh, and coconut rice.

Double Cheeseburger with honey pepper bacon on a sesame seed brioche bun.
Loving all the homemade pizza posts thought I’d share one of my own. Fresh dough with garlic white sauce, honey baked ham, red onion, pickled jalapenos, pineapple, mozzarella, and a BBQ sauce drizzle. That salty, spicy, sweet combo is just great. One of my favorite pizzas next to chicken, bacon, artichoke and spinach.

A friend owns a local Indian market and was trying to photograph some of their food. I offered to give it a try. I’m pretty happy with the result.
