My partner and I made beef cheeseburgers with sharp cheddar, tomatoes, arugula, spinach, and dill pickles, topped with homemade coleslaw featuring prickly pear balsamic vinegar on a brioche bun and red bell peppers to munch on.
The ingredients weren’t anything special, but a little effort in presentation goes a long way.
First time making Japanese food and it tasted amazing but I didn’t have any bowls in the house so I had to use a random tin.
Salmon, dill, roast garlic royal, potatoes. Also pictured plantain chips with mango salsa and waaaay in the back is grilled peaches & rocket salad
In my house, this was always just “Gnocchi”, so I learnt what it was called when I looked up a recipe to link here....
Tomato’s,Potatoes and Onios and many more - what can you recognize?

A bowl of somewhat lazy tomato based curry made with stew beef and served with jasmine rice, some toasted naan with garlic honey butter, and garnished with some cilantro :)...
