I really hate that I lost access to web SMS and visual voice mail when I switched away from Fi. I’m glad I made the switch; Fi isn’t the bargain it originally was, and service was starting to be occasionally iffy, but the loss of GV and web SMS sucks balls. Even now, years later, I still miss it.
