just want to add that the alcohol should be food grade ethanol (everclear is a brand in the US, idk about abroad)
95% alcohol, 190 proof
if you try this with regular booze it won't work, as the weed is hydrophobic and will separate.
don't do this with isopropyl.
you're going to be spraying this under your tongue so it should be pretty concentrated. try 5 droppers full of everclear + 4 droppers of oil (any food grade oil should be fine) to each gram of concentrate.
you can buy 1 oz spray bottles pretty easily. they're on amazon or there's probably a hippy store or something near you that has them. they're about the same size as a vape. people just think you're freshening up your breath.
