There have been multiple accounts created with the sole purpose of posting advertisement posts or replies containing unsolicited advertising.
Accounts which solely post advertisements, or persistently post them may be terminated.
user224 , 10 months ago NextDNS gives me more control. It can do stuff like ad blocking, tracker blocking and rewrites (same as /etc/hosts). It has many blocklists available. Disadvantage is limit of 300,000 DNS queries/month on the free account, but it’s enough for personal use. However, where DoT or DoH isn’t available, I still use 1.1.1.1 (Cloudflare).
