There have been multiple accounts created with the sole purpose of posting advertisement posts or replies containing unsolicited advertising.
Accounts which solely post advertisements, or persistently post them may be terminated.
fr0g , 10 months ago I don’t think Lemmy proper has that feature yet, but some apps might. Other than that you could open an account on an instance more in line with your prefered blocks or use kbin which already allows for instance blocking.
