The only way this could be framed as racism is if you deny that white privilege exists and/or that there have been no harms from white supremacy.
If that’s what you’re claiming, then I suppose that means it would be racist to say the opposite. You’d be completely, egregiously incorrect, but at least that would be an internally consistent worldview.
