I was sort of holding on to hope, that something would change. Unfortunately, nothing did and so, here I am....

I don't think many people understand that if they use Lemmy or kbin, they are posting to the fediverse. There are other platforms and will be more to come. Referring to a post on "Lemmy" or "kbin" is like saying you saw a post on your Windows or Mac computer....

Second time doing this because I made a "post" the first time, I feel kinda lost to be honest.

At this point, I do not know why I try anymore. I got banned again from Reddit because it appeared that some of the opinions I expressed got their sweaty manties in a bunch to ban together to get me ousted. After about a month of trying again to be active....

I am a brand new member of the fediverse and this is my first interaction, and I feel at home. When Reddit announced the api changes I stopped using the site entirely, and since then the thing I have missed the most is that reddit sense of humor, so this made me smile.

I use NetNewsWire on my iPad and Feeder on my Android phone to read RSS feeds from multiple sites (including Lemmy and Kbin). I also use it to monitor niche sub-reddits so I can give Reddit as little traffic as possible....

I’m pretty sure this is illegal? They have to accept my GDPR request, and they certainly can’t block me from reporting that it isn’t working, for them to accept it.
