This reminds me of how glad I am that so few people in my life use whatsapp. It’s improved over the last few years, but I still find it an ugly and frustrating platform.
I have an older Ryzen and had no problems with FD until recently. I’m not doubting your personal rig has issues likely tied to this faulty chip, it’s probably also being made worse by their servers.
I haven’t finished it yet, but AW2 is a dramatic step up in the entire experience. They still “pay homage” to the original combat, but there aren’t nearly as many enemies. If you’re familiar with the Control story and like that universe, I’d say it’s a must play.
i honestly hate intel, from way back in the 2000s. at least i recognize my bias! anyways, im really hoping they come through on their GPU’s, it’ll hopefully drive the price down on the market. I was looking at the ARC cards when it was time to upgrade, but my bias just wouldnt let me go through with it. It would also be nice to see what kind of new tech they bring, bias or not, i’m rooting for them
I agree honestly. I see intel as nvidia of the cpu market, and bet that they would be as scumny in the gpu marjet if they had the marketshare. I am not really rooting for them but also keeping an eye on them
The fact someone finds it valuable enough to make this mod at all just is further proof that most people have no damn standards and just willingly spread their cheeks for this dystopian nightmare of an industry.
AMD RADV & ANV are also adding support for the newly released Vulkan Video Extensions… The Open-source drivers already support Vulkan Video decode extensions and will be getting Vulkan video encode extensions too with the latest update.
They can take all the time of the world and I’ll be there when it’s ready. The things the devs must have been going through… it’s a miracle it hasn’t been cancelled at this point
